Ankle Monitoring Fees:

• Breath Alcohol only: $12.00 p/day ($168.00/2wks)
• GPS only: $14.00 p/day ($196.00/2wks)
• Combo Breath Alcohol & GPS: 16.00 p/day ($224.00/2wks)
• +INSTALL FEE – $50.00 for all monitoring.

Defendants will be required to pay their fees two weeks in advance.

Court Days

• 2nd Tuesday of the month is Children in Need of Protective Services (CHIPS) Court
• 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month is Criminal and Civil Court

Tribal Court starts at 10:00am and is currently held virtually via Zoom. To get zoom link information, please contact the Court. If you are unable to join via Zoom, the court building is open to attend in person.
