Bois Forte tribal members. There are rumors and misinformation out there regarding payments to band members.  The American Rescue Plan Act monies for Bois Forte have not arrived yet at the tribe.  We are currently awaiting to hear our allocation and then we will be meeting to decide how the funds will be allocated.

We have had tribal members contacting our office about their “stimulus payments”.  As stated above we have not yet determined where the funds will be allocated.  We will get information out to you as soon as we have received the funds and decided the allocations.

Please do not call the office, as we do not have any answers yet.
