Purpose. The purpose of this policy is to establish eligibility criteria and other requirements associated<br \/>\nwith the Laptop Program provided by the Bois Forte Band. The Laptop Program is intended to facilitate<br \/>\nstudents\u2019 ability to engage in distance learning during the COVID-19 public health emergency.<\/p>\n<p>B. Eligibility. Applications for Laptop Program may be filed by persons who:<br \/>\n1. Are enrolled members of the Bois Forte Band of Chippewa Indians, and<br \/>\n2. Certify a need for a laptop in order to engage in distance learning as a part of their current educational program; and<br \/>\n3.
