Bois Forte Tribal Enrollment will be available at the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe Office to issue Bois Forte Tribal Identification on Wednesday, September 10th from 10:30am – 2:00pm.

Please bring one of the following to receive a Tribal ID:

• Original Certified Birth Certificate (No Photocopies)
• State Issued Driver’s License (Not Expired)
• State Issued Identification Card (Not Expired)
• Valid Passport

For name changes please bring legal documents.
