Notice: Submission deadline for contractual service bid for the 2025 Bois Forte Community Cleanup Project is extended to May 23, 12:00pm.

This Request for Quotes is being issued by the Bois Forte Band of Chippewa (the “Band”) in order to secure services to efficiently and effectively complete roadside loading and disposal of items that tribal community members set out for disposal. These may include appliances, wood, tires household furniture, and other specified items. Exhibit A is provided that defines in detail items that may be collected for disposal. We encourage you or your company to respond to this request and submit a quote. Please note that funding for this work is currently pending. While funding is anticipated, if it is determined to be unavailable by May 23, the last day to submit bids, a bid will not be awarded and contract will not be issued.
