Public Hearing on Ethics Complaint

The Bois Forte Band of Chippewa Ethics Committee (“Ethics Committee”) has received an Ethics Complaint, which alleges that, on or around September 2024, a Bois Forte Band Tribal Council member violated the Reservation Tribal Council Code of Ethics (“Ethics Code”). Pursuant to the Ethics Code, the Ethics Committee will conduct a public hearing on the Complaint at the following date, time, and location:

Friday, June 13, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

Those who choose to attend the hearing will not be allowed to participate in the hearing and may only observe. Persons attending must remain quiet and respectful the entire duration of the hearing.
