Bois Forte Tribal Enrollment will be available at the Mid-Winter Pow Wow on Saturday February 21st from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
No Appointment Needed
Please bring one of the following to receive a Tribal ID:
- Original Certified Birth Certificate
(No Photocopies) - State Issued Driver’s License
(Not Expired) - State Issued Identification Card
(Not Expired) - Valid Passport
For name changes please bring legal documents.
