Bois Forte Tribal Identification Cards at MCT Office Cass Lake

Bois Forte Tribal Enrollment will be available at the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe Office 15542 State Hwy 317 Cass Lake, MN to issue Bois Forte Tribal Identification Cards on Wednesday April 16th, 2025 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

No appointment needed. Please bring the following to receive a Tribal ID:

• Original Certified Birth Certificate (no photocopies)
• State Issued Driver’s License (Not Expired)
• State Issued Identification Card (Not Expired)
• Valid Passport

For name change please bring legal documents. For replacement Tribal ID Cards or for any changes made before the expiration date, there will be a $12.00 fee (cash or check) Please have correct change.
