Tribal ID Notice
NOTICE:
Effective Wednesday, December 8, 2021, Bois Forte Tribal Identification Cards will only be issued on Wednesdays
12:30pm-4:00pm
You will need one of the following items to receive the Tribal ID:
- Original Certified Birth Certificate (No Photocopies)
- Driver’s License
- State Identification Card
- Valid, Unexpired Passport.

For replacement cards and/or any changes made before the expiration date, there will be a $12.00 fee.
Mask must be worn at all times. Mask will be removed for picture. Only the individual obtaining the ID will be allowed in Human Resources.
Temperatures will be taken, and visitors will be screened.
