MN COVID-19 Housing Assistance Program (CHAP)
The deadline to apply and have documents uploaded for the COVID Assistance Housing Program (CHAP) is at 11:59 PM tonight.
This program is open to any Minnesota Resident. You do not need to be a Bois Forte Band Member.
To qualify for assistance you need to be at 300% or less of Federal Poverty Guidelines and have a past due housing cost related bill (even just 1 day past due) from March to December 2020
Items that may qualify:
- Rent Payments
- Mortgage Payments
- Manufactured Home Payments
- Lot Rents
- Utility Payments
- Other Housing Related Costs Approved by Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MFHA)
