The Bois Forte Band of Chippewa is having a moose hunt this year and it will be held within the boundaries of the Reservation.

- August 29th: Applications due
- September 2nd: Lottery drawing Held
- September 9th: Permit, tag and information provided to lead hunter
- September 13th: Season opens
