Moved by Ray Villebrun, Sr.; seconded by Ray Toutloff; to approve resolution # 63-2009, authorizing the Native American Rights Fund to represent the Band as an additional Plaintiff in the ongoing action, Nez Perce Tribe v. Kempthorne. Carried 4-0-0

Moved by David C. Morrison, Sr.; seconded by Ray Toutloff; to adjourn the meeting at 11:12 a.m. Carried 4-0-0.
