JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

TITLE:                                       In-House Customer Service / Service Technician

SUPERVISOR:                       Shop Foreman

SHIFT:                                       Monday – Friday   Days, but may vary on occasion

WAGE:                                       $15.00 per Hour

CLOSING DATE:                  Until filled

JOB SUMMARY:

The In-House Customer Service / Service Technician will provide technical service, support, and assistance to distributors and customers through a variety of channels including telephone and Internet.  The incumbent will also provide on-site technical and mechanical services to factory and assembly workers as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

It is preferred that the In-House Customer Service / Service Technician have at least two to three years manufacturing and customer service experience; in addition, the desired candidate should have the following:

• Good Communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude and ability
• Strong understanding of troubleshooting methods
• Prior car wash technical service a plus but not required
• Basic electronic understanding a plus but not required
• Basic hydraulic understanding a plus but not required
• Good communication skills to work with distributors and customers over telephone and email
