2008-2009 Como Oil & Propane Special Pricing

On May 28, 2008 the Tribal Government accepted Como Oil & Propane proposed pricing for the delivery of propane for the 2008 – 2009 heating season, September 1, 2008 through May 31, 2009.  Como Oil & Propane is extending this “fixed price” of  $2.089, to Band members and employees within a 40 mile radius of Vermilion.  Band members & employees must set up account and return the signed agreement by June 30, 2008 to receive this price.  Como unfortunately cannot process unsigned agreements.

Please call Como Oil & Propane at 218-753-2482 to schedule deliveries or set up a new account.  No charge for tank switch-out. Non-standard installations that require extensive trenching, additional lines, etc. could result in additional charges.  No rental fees for tank lease. 

The following conditions MUST be met to keep this program active during the stated time period.

Your account with Como must be paid in full prior to September 20, 2008.

Your account balance must always be current.  (No balance due over 30 days.)

* Accounts outside our normal credit terms will revert to current market price for the remainder of the heating season.

This program requires a minimum delivery of 200 gallons per delivery and Como must be the sole supplier of fuel delivered during the fixed price period.

Emergency delivery charge is $125.00 for same day, after-hours and weekends, leak check on run-outs of $60.00.   The service work standard rate of $75.00 per hour, with time and one half after hours and on weekends and holidays.

Guarantees the 1st stage regulator and the pipe to it.

Pipe to the 2nd stage regulator and regulator on building are the customer’s responsibility.

September Business Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

Beginning in October - Business hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
