The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northland is seeking a part-time temporary Diabetes Prevention Program Coordinator.  This person will be responsible for implementing a diabetes prevention program at our Native American sites in Nett Lake and Lake Vermilion.  Position responsible for teaching specific curriculum, coordinating physical fitness activities, completing administrative and grant requirements, monitoring program budget, and partnering with community health providers.  Occasional out-of-state and overnight training required.  Bachelor’s degree in related health field and 3 years experience working with youth preferred.  Position is temporary, based on length of grant.  Hours: 20-24 per week however days/hours flexible.  Salary: $12 an hour.  Email resume to Marcia Kane at mkane@bgcnorth.org or mail to P.O.
